Rewards Program for Mazda (RPM) Loyalty Program

Information, Terms & Conditions

RPM offers registered and eligible Dealership employees the opportunity to become a RPM Program Member and earn valuable merchandise by purchasing select products using program points earned through the sales of MAP and other incentive programs.

Becoming a Member:

To become a member you must first be registered in eMate and complete the on-line membership application (found on the login page). Upon approval (2 weeks) an account will be opened and the application contact will have full access to view and order rewards. Participation in RPM is at the sole discretion of Mazda Canada Inc.

How To Earn Points: MAP

Points will be awarded as shown below.

35% or less MAP penetration 0 points

35.1% to 40% MAP penetration 5 points per eligible MAP sold

40.1% or more MAP penetration 5 additional points per eligible MAP sold

2 points per Inception Plan Sold

After sales month end, points are calculated and verified against the registered database and the qualified points are uploaded to the Members on-line account (2 weeks from receipt). Members are free to view their account statements, browse and order rewards at any time during the Program. Verified points can be redeemed at any time during the program for product(s) shown on-line.

How To Redeem Rewards:

To redeem rewards on-line, simply click on the “ADD” button next to the product desired and it will be added to your basket. When you have completed your selections simply check out via “YOUR BASKET”.

Upon validation of order, products will be shipped within 4 – 6 weeks. All products will be shipped to the address as indicated by the registered member. Mazda Canada Inc. is not responsible for misshipped product. The members account will be automatically debited for the points redeemed. Items shown in the catalogue include all taxes, handling and delivery charges. RPM Points are not equivalent to Canadian Dollars, are􀀃 not transferable, and have no cash surrender value.

They cannot be used in conjunction with legal tender to purchase rewards shown in this catalogue.

Product Availability:

Mazda Canada Inc. is committed to offering the best product quality and the most current model selection. Some of the rewards offered may vary from those shown on the website. If there is a problem with availability, members will be advised within 48 hours of ordering.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Mazda Canada Inc. does not assume any liability for injury or damage to persons or property in any way attributable to the products rewarded. Product substitutions are sometimes required, due to new models or model modifications.

All substitutions will be of equal or better specifications. Items offered in this catalogue will be available until the end of the program, unless superseded with alternative product offerings.

Mazda Canada Inc. reserves the right to cancel at anytime, the availability of any product(s) as shown on this website, or amend pricing at the sole discretion of Mazda Canada Inc.

All merchandise received as a result of point redemption through this rewards program is a taxable benefit to the recipient and you will receive a T4 at year end for the value of rewards redeemed.

Merchandise Warranties:

All rewards shown are covered by the original manufacturer’s product warranty. No other warranties are provided or implied by Mazda Canada Inc. Keep your packing slips to confirm receipt for insurance purposes. Ensure that all warranty registrations received with your rewards are completed and returned to the manufacturer and that the manufacturer’s recommended warranty procedures are adhered to. Other documents received with the merchandise should be retained for future reference. Defective merchandise or merchandise damaged in shipping will be exchanged. Please call our toll-free number 1-855-565-5575 ext. 242 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Merchandise must be packed in its original box and accompanied by all original packing slips.

Mazda Canada Inc. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of membership without prior notice. Mazda Canada Inc. reserves the right to cancel any member’s membership for any BREACH of these terms and conditions, or for any reason, at the sole discretion of Mazda Canada Inc. In such an event, Mazda Canada Inc. shall have the right to cancel the member’s RPM Points. Points can not be sold, shared or assigned. RPM Loyalty Program is the property of Mazda Canada Inc.
